What We Collect

To ensure the website functions properly across devices and to understand which menu sections visitors find most useful, we record pseudonymous activity metrics:

• Page Views & Navigation: Requested URLs, timestamps, and scroll depth milestones (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).
• Interactions: Clicks on navigation tabs, menu categories, call buttons, and directions links.
• Technical Performance: Page load speed, responsiveness metrics, device category (desktop/tablet/mobile), browser type, and screen dimensions.
• Referrals: The referring website or campaign parameters (UTM source, medium) that led you to our site.
• Session Replay (when enabled): Visual reconstruction of page interactions with all text inputs, sensitive details, and personal data strictly masked.

Pseudonymous Identifiers & IP Protection

• No Tracking Cookies: We do not store persistent advertising cookies. A random 22-character visitor identifier is kept in your browser's local storage to recognize return visits without identifying you personally.
• No Raw IP Storage: Your IP address is never stored on disk or in our database. We calculate an ephemeral cryptographic hash using a daily rotating UTC salt to prevent bot traffic without keeping personal network addresses.

Data Retention

Telemetry event logs are retained for at most 12 months, and session replay recordings are kept for at most 30 days. Expired records are deleted automatically via scheduled maintenance routines.
